I parked the car here for a month. Generally won't leave belongings in the car but since was going on international travel left my GPS & Traffic receiver chord in the car. Upon my return it was no where to be found. Called in the same day, then the next day and was told that they will contact me. Called in 2 days after 2 times but the only assurance was they will call me to an extent the person on phone said whether there is any finding or not he will call me but its 2 more days but nobody buzzed. Poor service. All they want you is to pay and forget. My advice do not trust the folks here.
Very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff for the whole process. I parked a 15 passenger van with a luggage trailer. They were by far the cheapest price I found. The drop off and pick up of my vehicle was simple and the shuttle rides both directions were fast and courteous.
Fast and courteous service. I ended up parking here when other lots were full, and I was very worried after reading some of the reviews. But they took my keys and dropped me off right away, and when I texted after landing for pickup, I had to wait about 5 minutes at the terminal before I was picked up. My car was waiting for me and checking out was fast and easy (although this was Sunday afternoon, so perhaps less crowded than usual). Everyone I encountered was courteous and friendly.
The price was good, staff was friendly in person, it's close to the airport and convenient to get to, and our car was picked up in the same condition we left it.
Wish I could give them less than 1 star. Beware of your belongings they get stolen from inside your car.
If I could give this company no stars I definitely would. I mistakenly booked this garage in the first place (I have never parked here). When I got there I asked a few questions and didn't like the attitude in the voice of the employee behind the counter but I let it go. Upon arriving I called seven times for a pick AND texted your "text" pick up only to get a message that you're upgrading your system. No one ever answered so I had to catch a Uber to this place. I will never use this parking lot again.
Unfortunately, upon returning from our international flight we never got a return shuttle to pick up our car. We called every 10 minutes for an hour with repeated promises that the shuttle was on its way, one person telling me 4 minutes till arrival. We finally caught a Lyft back to get the car. As we were leaving the lot the shuttle with other international passengers was just arriving, meaning it was nearly 90 minutes and wasn't even large enough to have brought back all passengers and luggage if we had waited.
