Just because you say you want to speak to a supervisor because you haven't got a call back in over a week and need help does not mean it is a threat. How horrible is that? I "threatened" you because I said I was going to speak to your supervisor.
Lied about their wait list to get me in. Lied about how many visits I needed to see an actual doctor. Lied about the time between needed # of visits and seeing a doctor. Once I saw a doctor, she (Dr. Couch) wouldn't let me explain why I was there, wouldn't listen to my complaints about my meds. Told me the meds were fine but that I was just not smart enough to know they were working. When I called, once I found out the doctor had lowered my meds instead of changing them, the receptionist refused to speak with me and refused to help. This place prayes on poor people, because they know we have no recourse. If you are thinking of going here, don't. Wait the several months and see a real doctor (they are going to make you wait anyway). They should be ashamed to lie and take advantage of people who have so few options.
